血の汗 has the same meaning and is more common.
How about this? "Blood, sweat and tears" is the equivalent expression in English. "Sweat of blood" is a little awkward which is why I've made it a lit gloss.
I don't think we can use "sweating blood" because 血汗 doesn't refer to the act of sweating.
