Thanks for the heads up on フォロワー/フォロ
ー. I get your gripe, but I don't think 
this is just specific to twitter (I get 
hits for Instagram too). It's also 
potentially useful both for translators 
and Japanese users who are looking for a 
way to express this in English.

It's also extremely common (I looked again 
just now and saw 10 tweets the past 10 
minutes) and even if it were twitter-
specific (like some of my other entry 
suggestions might jave been) it's not like 
twitter is some small random site only 
used by the dedicated few.

I don't think we need this. The meaning should be obvious enough in context.
And it appears フォロワー整理 is used for follower lists.
