I think it's worth having. I was unhappy with "unsubscription" as I think it's a non-word in English.

There are plenty of examples of it being used in that way but I agree that "unsubscribing" and 配信停止 aren't equivalent.
配信停止 literally means "stopping distribution"; it's not limited to cancelling subscriptions (see 4th and 5th sentences above).
I wonder if we need this at all. |

I think unsubscribing is wrong. If it was right, you'd expect a sentence like "X 私は配信停止をした" to make sense (e.g. "I unsubscribed"),
but it doesn't. Isn't the subject the mailing list? The mailing list doesn't "unsubscribe." |
