Much the same as the "also read トリプルエス" put in a few months ago. On balance, I think it should be searchable.
BTW, テレビ was already searchable which makes it a bit different. |

I'm not sure トリプルエス can be considered a "reading" of "SSS". There was a similar discussion about adding "テレビ" as a reading to the "TV" entry and the decision was to leave it as a note. |
