I think the usage in that dialogue is adequately covered by 
Jim's amendment ("outcall")

It's difficult to say. This is the dialogue that I saw in a game:
(A man and woman are reutrning from their third date.)

「そろそろ美貴さんの仕事教えてよ」
「ダメ。太郎には教えてあげない」
「お店の名前だけでもいいからさ？」
「店？なんの話をしてるんだい？」
「だから美貴さんがいる店だよ」
「私は店になんていないよ」
「じゃあ出張サービスの。。。」
「馬鹿野郎！そういう意味の店なのか？私は真っ当な仕事をしてるんだよ」
「そうなの？だって教えてくれないとそういう仕事だとばっかり思っちゃうじゃんか」
「そう。。。太郎はそういう目で私を見てたんだ。。。」

It's clear that this word had some unwanted nuance. I thought "escort" was maybe close to what it meant.

I don't think it's really an escort service, as they don't usually involve house calls (not that I have direct experience of this.)
