From what I'm seeing in WWW hits and images, 鍵形 & 鍵型 mean key-shaped; not hook-shaped. I know Daijirin and Kojien have 鍵形 for hook-shaped, but I suspect modern usage has changed.
Probably best to put 鍵形 & 鍵型 in their own entry. I'll propose it. |

鉤型 appears to have the same meaning and reading but is not in my refs. Any thoughts on whether 鉤型・鈎型 should
be added?
I believe 鍵型 means something different (based on https://ejje.weblio.jp/content/key), which would account for
its more frequent use. |
