Comments: | Not sure if the gloss is OK. It can describe a person (an early riser), a day (when one must wake up early), etc. As usual, の can replace が in relative clauses. There's also 朝が遅い with opposite meaning. 研究者 新和英大辞典 doesn't have this as a separate entry (only in an example sentence under 朝) but nonetheless I think this entry could be useful to have. |
