  Comments:
I don't think they are used as verbs now. GG5 has an entry for 憂う/うれう, which it points to 憂える and only has examples using 憂うべき, which we have as an entry. With a POS like that, I think it's safer to keep the "arch".

  Comments:
Are 憂う/愁う really archaic? They're in meikyo/shinmeikai, which call them a literary form of 憂える.

  Comments:
not sure how to handle it. usually they don't include both the う and the ふ as headwords for these. the entry itself suggests that it is v2h regardless of う vs ふ, so it's probably okay to put them in here

I think this is how we'd handle it. Should there be 憂う, etc. as well? Daijr has 憂ふ as the headword, but it's indexed on 憂う too.

憂ふ and 愁ふ seem to be archaic versions.
