Saw in Tokyo restaurant specializing in 信州 (Nagano) cuisine.
Shinkaisan says this is 近畿以西の方言 but no other sources
state this, and Nagano (a fortiori Tokyo) are east of here,
so no need for dialect marking.
Basically synonymous with はったい. |
