Comments: | "being the same (as)" would be a separate sense but I don't think マッチ refers to equality/equivalence. (At least, I can't find any examples where it's used like that.) I'd say that Yahoo News sentence is still an example of the "harmony"/"balance" meaning, but we may want more glosses. |
