Even with quotes, google just wants to show me これっぽっち results. It's possible this word is in the full version of nikk (which was
up on yahoo in 2012 - kotobank only has the 精選版) - but it's possibly I misread nikk/typo'd. Maybe it's common enough to include,
though.

これっぽっちの怪我で大騒ぎするな. Don't panic over a little cut like that.
これっぽっちの金で黙っていろと言ってもそれは無理だ. You can't expect me to keep quiet for such a small sum of money.
  Comments:
Yes, it's a variant of これっぽっち. Aligning glosses. Because これ has kanji, I don't think we should merge.
In response to the anonymous commenter, although this is used in negative sentences, it doesn't necessarily translate to "(not) even a bit" - see examples (of これっぽっち) above.

I can't see this in Nikk or any references. I'm wondering if it might be just a variant of これっぽっち, and possibly should be aligned with it, or even added to that entry as a [nokanji] variant.

wouldn't this be better as "(not) even a bit"?
it seems to be always used with a negative verb
