This fragment can't be an entry, just as "what will" would not be an entry in an English-English dictionary.  Could be expanded to どうなるものでもない, which is in gg5 and an eij example sentence

Google hits are high. Your [A] link is well representing the use of this expression. You have entries in the combined dict which are helpful, but perhaps this should be in the main dictionary. Frequently it is followed by "か". Maybe, if you included the above an entry with "か" could be added or even in some way included with the above in some form of explanatory expansion.
