I see it's occasionally used figuratively for ample female buttocks in tight underpants. I won't go as far as having that as a second sense.

It was in the text which I was reading. It gets a good number of Google hits. It does not need much supporting evidence. It fits in with the following entries:-

蟹缶; 蠏缶 【かにかん】 (n) canned crab
牛缶 【ぎゅうかん】 (n) canned beef

However, perhaps there is a case for non-inclusion of this suggestion and also the deletion of the above two entries, but I would be pleased to see as many examples as possible included.
