The refs I use regularly (Daijr, GG5, etc.) separate the うちこむ and ぶちこむ versions, so perhaps the readings should be split apart. However they all give a much more constrained set of senses for ぶちこむ. For example both Daijr and GG5 have one sense for ぶちこむ and 10 and 5 respectively for うちこむ. None have, for example, the sword-wearing one for ぶちこむ. All involve throwing, which includes punches and bullets.
For うちこむ there's a wider set of senses, including invading territory, pouring concrete, devoting oneself, etc.
Perhaps it might be best to keep them together and add some reading constraints to some senses, and "esp. xxx込む" where appropriate.
(I see they nearly all use ぶち込む in examples.) |
