Use of やっちゃう is definitely not limited to the meaning we have here. I don't think it should be an entry. We don't have any other 〜ちゃう entries. |

i've rewritten the entry for やる. according to the refs above, at a minimum then, this entry should cover the new senses 11 and 7. i suspect it actually applies to most or all senses |

This shows up nearly 7m entries on Google, but I cannot find a meaning from my searches. It appears in text which I a reading, e.g., "わたしがぞいつらをみんな猫にやっちゃうわ!".
The meaning which I have shown above does not fit the sentence. In context it seems to indicate "capture", however, on the Google search, the preceding words for those I looked at refer to games and the string is often as follows:-
攻略やっちゃう
The kanji means "capture" and may be the "やっちゃう" indicates "that fellow", thus contrary to my comment above.
With so many entries on Google and it appearance in text which I am reading, maybe your team can include a true meaning on the site.
