Comments: | Served last night. No idea of etymology; maybe Korean? FWIW, (Japanese) dinner colleagues couldn’t identify which body part it was (ウルテはウルテ); presumably term used only to refer to offal. There are many more offal terms on the referenced pages, to get to someday. |
