Comments: | 沸き上げる gets 9k hits, and 沸き上げ gets 50k. I now think it's the transitive pair of 沸き上がる. Probably worth having. |

Comments: | I suspect this is a typo/grammatical error for 沸き上がる. It gets 300 hits cf ~600k for 沸き上がる. Also the dictionary ref is for 沸き上がる (that ref doesn't use okurigana at all.) |

Refs: | verb: http://sumai.panasonic.jp/denon/1mech/index.html the noun 沸上げ or 沸上 seems more frequently used than the verb; one usage sample is here: 沸き上げ温度 http://denko.panasonic.biz/ebox/densetsu/ecocute_pro/feature/auto.html and a dictionary entry here: http://dic.search.yahoo.co.jp/search?ei=UTF-8&p=沸上&fr=dic&stype=prefix |
