lapel sense

  Comments:
段返り apparently refers to a suit design with the top button being on the lapel (http://allabout.co.jp/gm/gc/196133/2/
). common and not at all obvious. should be an entry. both of gg5's senses do seem plausible. i'm having trouble finding anything for architecture too

I certainly can't find any other support for the "architecture return" sense, although it seems plausible. As for lapels, the Google images for 返り show quite a few suits with lapels, but they mainly seem to be "段返り", which perhaps could be an entry.

mostly meikyo. koj, daij (daijr splits, daijs keeps together), gg5 have it too
  Comments:
gg5 has 【建】 a return; 【服飾】 〔襟の折り返し〕 a lapel.

i see no support in any kokugo for this nor in jaanus for the first sense.
