Okay. Do you think it needs to be rewritten to take match the verb PoS? Or is it not necessary to phrase the "verbs" that also have an [exp] PoS as infinitives? |

I can see Scott's point. It's often 疑問が残った/etc. Clients like Rikainchan apparently only match on inflected forms if the dictionary entry has the POS. I suggest putting the "v5r" in.
BTW, I see heaps of 疑問が残された/疑問が残されて/etc. That seems to imply a version: 疑問が残す, but gets minimal hits. |

If you decide to keep this entry, why not inflect it? It's definitely used in its inflected form quite often. I can understand not tagging old proverbs as verbs as they're not actually ever inflected and thus don't behave as verbs. But why not tag this one? And yes, it might be imply changing the gloss... |

those aren't worded as we word "verbs" in edict, which is probably required if
it's going to take a verb PoS. if it's going to be marked as v5r, it needs
something more verbish
AFAIC, not everything that ends with a verb has to be marked as a verb... the
reason this one was submitted was apparently to act as a standalone
expression |
