Robin: "If this is the only name by which North Korean workers' districts are known, I don't think it should be tagged as obscure."

Unless there's another more common Japanese word for "neo-scholasticism", what purpose does having [rare] here serve? It'll be obvious to most that "neo-scholasticism" isn't exactly a houeshold word to begin with.
