There's certainly nothing wrong tagging dialectal terms as slang but in this case I think it's merely colloquial (and we don't tag dialectal terms as col).

No problem with it being both. Dialect words are not necessarily slang.

And your reason? The original 2007 submission quoted the above reference and noted "An Osakan slang word. Used by older people."
