I don't mind dropping the kanji from this one, but given the counts I think we need at least one entry recording お頭 and 御頭. I've proposed one for おかしら and we can discuss it there.

It might be best to drop the kanji altogether. Nikk also has entries for 御頭/おかしら, 御頭/おつむり and 御頭/あとう, none of which is in jmdict.

No other ref has kanji for this. I think お頭/御頭 is much more likely to be おかしら or おあたま.
I don't think the x-ref is needed. つむ isn't in the JEs or meikyo/shinmeikai.
