I don't think n-grams alone should be used to determine whether something is worth keeping. I'm with Jim. This is A+B. I don't see a need for it.

We have quite a few XX内 entries, but this doesn't seem in the slightest idiomatic. It's common - about 1/3 of the usage of 敷地 is 敷地内 - but it's quite regular. GG5 has about 5 examples using it.
I guess it can go.

I think this is a regular composition of 敷地 and 内.
Or if it's retained, it should have the same glosses as 敷地
(site; plot; lot; grounds; premises)
.
Example:
地球環境の保護・保全の観点から社員全員で積極的に手入れに取り組むなど、本社工 場 敷地内 の 緑 化活動に努めています。
Company employees join together in cleaning up and planting greenery at the headquarters site as a small effort to protect and preserve the local environment.
