That edit won't work because Text Glossing uses a separate hand-made file for kana-only strings. The WWWJDIC docs explain it: "sequences of four or more hiragana are matched against a small file of words and phrases typically written in kana alone. Only exact matches are reported."
I have added this gloss to the かかる entry in that file.
Thanks for pointing out 斯 is not 常用漢字. I've added "uk". |

Added the kana to the headword so that this entry comes up when using "Text
Glossing". The kanji is not in the 常用漢字 set, and therefore many people don't
use it... |
