And it says....
年忌法要は、1周忌の次は3回忌、3回忌の次は7回忌、7回忌の次は13回忌、その後は17回忌、23回忌、27回忌、33回忌、50回忌があります。
それ以降の法要は遠忌(おんき)法要と言い、50年ごとに開催されます。

This definition seems to exclude even the 1st 50th year anniversary, but in any case, at least 50 would seem to be the first one (all others notable anniversaries being explicitly numbered).
