Vote delete, curious what references back this up. There are some kotowaza dictionaries that list this as 類語 for 九牛一毛, but nothing I could find where this was a top-level entry.
Instead of this, actually common on twitter, but not in kokukos or jmdict, the much simpler: 海の一滴. But we wouldn't likely create an entry for that. Why this?

蒼海一滴集 was the title of a single essay collection, and shows up in some searches. Different kanji for 滄 though.
The [yoji] tag was removed in August as part of a cleanup. If this was "real", I would think it would have been actually used as [yoji].
