Very light support, so making it the last sense.
The arm lock seems only to be sumo, and the refs say [相撲]

I encountered it in a (printed) shibari guide, but the word is common in use in the context of knotting and ropes (and shibari in particular).

One online reference:

  Comments:
I'm not 100% sure if this deserves its own sense, but it didn't feel right as an extra gloss for the 'bar; bolt' sense.

Usage of 閂 vs. かんぬき seems about evenly spread online. Not sure if [uk] should apply for this sense. The mook I'm reading uses it in kanji form.
