Judging from the ngrams alone, it appears that ままおや is the more common reading. But it's hard to draw conclusions from these relatively low counts.

This was the documentary. The main voice over said けいしん. At least 2 people in different interviews also pronounced it like this. From this, it seems けいしん is the main reading today, but this isn't yet reflected in the kokugos. We're more agile than them so I think けいしん should lead.
