Clarify – this is specifically to *advance* money.
Sorry for the long explanation – I found this confusing until I heard “expectation of being reimbursed” spelled out.
(Seen a few times in corporate contexts, most recently “please pay (in advance) for transportation; you will be reimbursed later”) |
