It seems to be a baseball thing. I can see other 巧 substitutions, e.g. this 攻守->巧守 one. And it's in the name of the book.
I think it had better stay. Next time I'm in touch with my Kenkyusha contact I'll ask; it may be some sort of joke.
好走 seems to be only used in sports, especially baseball. You wouldn't use it for a car running well.

If it were common, I wouldn't have an issue with it, but this is so obscure that it's probably not even worth keeping. I think it's iK at the very least, and I'd rather we dropped it entirely.

i'm not opposed to deleting it, but in the past i think we have generally kept gg5 headwords (and not marked them as iK unless there is strong reason to do so)
