Comments: | Hi Paul. The JEs tend to lead with the "officiating" sense, so I've made that the first. |

Comments: | Daijr has 4 meanings, the only non-Buddhist one being "ヨーガなどで、指導者のこと。グル。". Daijs has 3 meanings, all Buddhist. I'm not sure what the ideal sense split and glosses are here. Maybe have "(esp. Buddhist)" in sense 1? And perhaps the [Buddh] tag on sense 2. |
