  Refs:
Koj, 中辞典, ルミナス - only have もりつち
Daijr, GG5 - have もりつち as the main reading and xref もりど to it.
G n-grams:
盛り土	38165
盛土	106172
もりど	798
もりつち	445
  Comments:
An odd one. もりど is a mixed KUN/ON reading, which are not that common. I'm comfortable having もりど first, given the n-grams support it (slightly) too.

  Comments:
Changed the order of the headwords. Recently some buildings in Toyosu have
had a problem with their basement fills, it's all over the news on TV and they
always say morido. Morido is also used by actual professionals ("土木の現場用語で
は「もりど」と読みます。") Contrast with kirido/kiritsuchi.

Daijr: "盛(り)土".
  Comments:
The Ngrams have 盛土 as more common (~3:1), but AFAICT 盛土 seems to be used more in compounds such as 盛土材料, and may be more often read もりど in those contexts.
