かつて、病院に家政婦+看護助手のような「付き添い婦」と言う職業があった。患者の清拭や着替え、おむつ交換や食事介助、おつかいなどが仕事。ずっとお世話になることが多かったので、家族は感謝していた。中には家族より偉そうにしているオバはんもいたｗとはいえ、夜間も付き添うので重労働よね。
Once upon a time, there was a job called ``attendant'' in hospitals, which was a combination of housekeeper and nursing assistant. Job duties include cleaning and dressing patients, changing diapers, helping with meals, and running errands. His family was grateful to him for taking care of him all the time. There were some older women who were more bossy than their family members lol, but it was hard work because they had to accompany them at night.

I may have found the right gloss.　I *think* 付き添い婦　and 付き添い看護婦 are the same thing.
