With にだんベット hidden, 二段ベット needs to be hidden as well. Otherwise the reading is wrong. If we want it to be visible, I think it should be a separate entry.

The German connection is from daijirin, although none of the other refs mention it. The quoted pixiv entry hints at some possible Dutch influence.

I think the irregular tag might be too strong considering how common the form is and how many sources acknowledge it. Probably not a big deal either way.
