Merge to 川底；河底 – share meaning and reading (and almost same spelling, hence 2.5/3)
These have identical meaning, AFAICT (all the dicts give definition of 河底（かてい） as かわのそこ。かわぞこ。
…and GG5 likewise gives virtually identical definitions (bottom of a river, riverbed)
(Saw at park today as 川底)
