apparently あおみどり is an old name for it, so i suspect they've become confused along the way. あおみどろ could be added
as a gikun reading to the entry for あおみどり, but that would require a sense restriction. easiest just to leave this one as is, i think |

青緑?? that's usually あおみどり/ blue-green; turquoise; aqua. I can't find any reference having 青緑 mixed up in the アオミドロ entry. I wonder if it's an ancient typo/変換ミス? "iK" or delete it? |
