Comments: | The "adj-no" tag is defined as: "nouns which may take the genitive case particle `no'". In other words it's saying in this case that 基準の can behave as an adjective. This is supported by various references, e.g. the Kenkyusha 新和英中辞典 has, after the noun glosses: "¶基準の standard", and the リーダーズ+プラス 英和 translates the English adjective "standard" as (among other things) 基準の . I think your proposed removal of the "adj-no" POS tag from this and other entries is based on a misunderstanding of the tag. |
