I think sense 2 is always めおと/みょうと. GG5 points to ふうふ because めおと also has the "husband and wife" meaning.
The ok tag is usually used for archaic readings. Sankoku tags both めおと and みょうと as 古風. I think they should be a separate entry.
The vast majority of the 妻夫 counts come from 妻夫木. |
