This is an old pronunciation of 傾く(かたむく) – I suspect that it’s more prevalent in 関西弁, since I’ve encountered it twice here (once in speech of a woman in her 60s – so born 1950s, once in writing of 田辺聖子 (兵庫県、1928)).

However, I don’t think it’s limited to Kansai, so while it might be labeled “dated” or “dialectical”, none of the tags seem to apply, so I haven’t tagged it.
