「金」「腹減った」「飯(めし)行こう」と言う人には、軽く軽蔑してるところがあるのか
もしれません。

やっぱり私の考えは、古くさいというか、ちょっと男尊女卑が入ってるのでしょうか・・・"

I don't think this is [sens] at all. Is it not just that 
"meshi" is not the most polite word for rice, so for women, 
it's not the preferred form? like how many think that women 
should ideally say おなか rather than はら, etc. (see chiebukuro

Let's keep it as one. The "cold rice" sense seems to dominate.
