Add “(Japanese) league” sense
This is the equivalent unit (they share the approximate length, and features such as traditional, at times vague, corresponding to “distance travelable in given time”, etc.). GG5 gives as equivalent, and WP has discussion on how these are roughly equivalent.
Current distance is quite close to Western league (3 miles vs. 2.44 miles)! |
