If you search for "baby carriage", which is also maybe dated in English but not quite as much as 乳母車 in Japanese , you won't find anything but this entry.
I'd rather not add "baby carriage" to the ベビーカー entry, but this at least tells people what to use instead of this dated term (if it doesn't occur to them to search for "stroller").
Based on google image results, it looks like fashionable wicker strollers (乳母車) may be making a small comeback in Japan. |
