	Comments:	This came up in a discussion on irc, which I do not know to be archived on the web, and hence I can give no further references than "a native Japanese person told me so." <xiuxing> 定数 meaning "constant" in physics or chemistry is read "じょうすう". Here, "xiuxing" is just a nickname and not an indication of the person's nationality.
