	Comments:	I think sense 2 should just be [id], basically because that's how we usually handle these things. If it's unclear "paper tiger" is figurative, we can add another gloss.

	Comments:	I've added fig to the list. Perhaps this should be just one sense.

	Comments:	Since fig is a gloss tag, we tend not to use it if the figurative meaning is split out into a separate sense. Maybe we should consider adding a fig sense tag.
