Refs: | I think that, more often than not, "measure" is a better word for it than "countermeasure". After all, measures are always taken in response to circumstances. . その場しのぎの対策では麻薬中毒問題にきりこむことはできないでしょう。 Stopgap measures won't make a dent in drug addiction. . countermeasure & counterplan don't have hyphens. . Genius WaEi ~ measure; countermeasure; provision . I'm not so sure that "counterplan" is quite right (a counterplan is more of a *tactic*, rather than a long-term strategy such as a measure or provision, it seems to me) but I guess it's close enough to leave in(?) |
