I don't think it makes sense to have a separate sense for sperm based on those two terms. Wiki defines spermatorrhea as "a condition of excessive, involuntary seminal discharge" and the fact that it's really the sperm rather than the semen that's the main "product" of a sperm bank seems kind of incodental whem i comes to the naming. |
