Hmmm. Maybe merge?  The glosses are very similar, but the refs (Daijirin, GG5, etc.) have 精確 with the additional nuance of being detailed. Maybe I'll tweak the 精確 entry to bring that out.
BTW, why the "n" POS?

the way these are written now, it's quite difficult to tell why we are keeping 正確 separate from 精確.
