I tried out both approaches I came down on the side of dropping these senses and adding 正す[iK] to the other two ただす entries. I think it's cleaner.

senses 3 & 4 correspond to other ただす entries (糺す and 質す), so it depends how strict you want to be about the split (koj keeps them together with restrictions, as does shinmeikai)

my guess is that 正す is probably a relatively common error, so it may be worth recording here but there should be a note on sense 3 & 4 saying that it's incorrect kanji usage, if kept).  or 正す could be added as iK to those entries
