i'm not convinced sense 5 is necessary.  the note on sense 4 doesn't suggest that it is the ~only~ implied meaning when を is used.  ~を~に is a common usage that i don't think needs to be spelled out entry by entry.

Thank you for the amendment suggestion. I'm going to reject it on account of there being no references provided, and I'm not 
immediately seeing anything in daij/gg5 I recognize as having this meaning. I also feel like this is probably already covered by sense 
1 anyway. Feel free to give it another go while providing references/explanation why this isn't adequately covered by sense 1.
