| Comments: | I think it's "just" a quirky way of writing 縦と横, although as that page says it has a particular meaning in weaving. It might be grounds for having a 縦と横/たてとよこ/タテとヨコ entry. The Reverso matching site has them all meaning "vertical and horizontal", as you'd expect. |
